We realize that teachers are the spine of a successful school, and our selection procedures thus are elaborate and well-researched. We also closely monitor the work of our teachers and review their performance regularly through teacher appraisals to assess their knowledge and skill, their attitude and behavior in classroom as well as well as in the community.
